NU Master of Science in Law Program: Visual Storytelling for Systemic Change
/It is amazing how much the awareness of — and interest in — visual learning has grown!
As an example, in 2018 (as one of the stranger events of my career) I joined the faculty of the Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law. I was invited by the inimitable Leslie Oster to teach a course on “visual storytelling for systemic change” to students in the NU Master of Science in Law Program. Teaching this course has really broken open my own assumptions about the evolving cross-pollination between STEM, business, human and digital systems, data visualization, media, and traditional artistic skills.
These young professionals from around the world are living and working at the intersection of business, biomedical science, and law... and they are hungry to understand the basics of visual communications as it applies to healthcare, science, and innovation.
